At Eternell, we keep pricing and payments honest, clear, and secure. This policy explains how product prices are shown, what taxes/fees may apply, and how payments are handled on shop.eternell.org.

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to this policy.

1) Pricing on the website

  • All product prices displayed on the Site are final product prices excluding shipping (unless shipping is shown as free).
  • Prices may change over time due to raw material costs, lab costs, currency shifts, or offers. Changes apply only to new orders, not past orders.

2) Currency

  • Prices are shown in the currency visible at checkout (typically INR for India, AED for UAE, USD for US/international).
  • If you pay in a different currency, your bank/payment provider may apply a conversion rate and fees. Those are outside our control.

3) Taxes (GST / duties)

India

  • Prices may include GST where applicable, or GST will be added at checkout depending on product type and local rules.
  • A valid tax invoice is provided with your order digitally or inside the parcel.

International

  • Import duties, customs charges, or local taxes (if any) are charged by your country and are paid by the customer.
  • We do not control or predict customs charges.

4) Payment methods accepted

We support secure online payments through trusted gateways. Available options may vary by location:

  • UPI / Net Banking
  • Debit Card / Credit Card
  • Wallets (where enabled)
  • International cards (for global orders)

All payment options shown at checkout are real-time and location-based.

If your payment:

  • fails,
  • is reversed, or
  • stays pending,

your order may not be confirmed.
Any debited amount is usually auto-reversed by your bank/gateway within their timeline. If not, contact us with your transaction ID and we will help.

7) Discounts, offers & promo codes

  • Offers are valid only for the duration or stock mentioned.
  • Promo codes must be applied before checkout; they can’t be added later.
  • Certain offers may not be combined unless clearly stated.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or update offers if they are misused or published in error.

8) Pricing errors

We try hard to keep pricing accurate, but if a technical error causes a wrong price to appear:

  • We may cancel/refund that order, or
  • Contact you to reconfirm at the correct price.

You’ll always have a choice before anything moves forward.

9) Refunds (payment side)

If a refund is approved (as per our Return & Refund Policy or Cancellation Policy):

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method only.
  • Processing timelines depend on the payment provider and RBI-aligned refund practices. High Court of Tripura+1

    • Eternell processing: 3–7 business days
    • Bank/gateway posting: 3–10 business days

10) Cancellation charges (fair practice)
