1) Who we are
Eternell is a health and longevity brand offering dietary supplements and at-home wellness / diagnostic test kits (e.g., microbiome, longevity DNA, fitness DNA, epigenetic testing).
We aim to provide science-backed insights and products for preventive care.
2) Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use this Site or place an order. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must purchase and supervise use of any kit.

6) Orders, payment & pricing
- Placing an order means you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order for valid reasons (stock, verification, compliance, etc.).
- Prices, taxes, and shipping fees are shown at checkout and may change without prior notice.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full card details.
7) Shipping & delivery
- Estimated delivery timelines shown on the Site are approximate.
- Delays may happen due to courier issues, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

8) Returns, refunds & cancellations
- Returns/refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (separate page).
- Opened supplements / used kits generally cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons except where legally required or if damaged/incorrect on arrival.

9) Kit use, sample collection & consent
When you purchase/use a test kit, you agree that:
- You will follow the instructions carefully for accurate results.
- You are providing a sample voluntarily and with informed consent.
- You understand that genetic/epigenetic/microbiome insights can have personal and family implications.

10) Accounts & user responsibilities
If you create an account:
- You are responsible for keeping login information confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
11) Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for unlawful purposes
- upload false, harmful, or misleading health data
- interfere with Site security, servers, or other users
- copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell our content/services without permission
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

17) Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, shipping shutdowns, network outages, etc.).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless a mandatory local law applies differently.
